Best Travel in short
Best Travel is a Danish tour operator founded in 1999. We are a privately owned company under Danish management - but is a part of Stena Line Travel Group.
In Best Travel we only do group tours - and not any FIT.
Most of our guests are seniors.
All are tours are very comprehensive - and they always include transportation, accomodation, meals, excursions and a Danish speaking tourleader.
Cultural round trips and river cruises
Best Travel is specialized in round trips and river cruises - mainly throughout Europe.
We send guests by both train and coach - but the majority of our guests are flying to their destinations. We have a good co-operation with many commercial airlines (we have our own IATA-license) and we also have full charters to our most popular destinations.

At Best Travel we believe in creating good and long lasting relations with our partners. We regard our suppliers as partners, as only a good co-operation between partners can create the best travel experiences for our guests.
We offer full payments before the guests return to Denmark, frequent updates on sales, the possibility to promote your products and of course a friendly staff
What you should know
Here are some of the guidelines we valuate in our partnerships:
- Best Travel logo must be visible on tour!
We expect our partners to suggest how and what they can offer regarding our visibility on tour mainly in hotels and coaches. - Flexible cancellation conditions - we expect free cancellation in terms of travel restrictions in Denmark and/or destination.
- Free of charge Tour Leader room
- Rapid request reply - in need of extra rooms/allotment - reply within 2 working days maximum.
- Sustainability awareness - and in coherence with Best Travel's sustainability code of conduct*.
Compliance with EU legislation
Collaboration can only be based if agreed to comply with all EU legislation on handling and protection of personal data (GDPR) and if agreed to comply with our sustainability policy.
